Coaches comply with confidentiality obligations regarding their confidential and personal information so that clients can consult with confidence. However, this does not apply if the client's life or physical danger is detected or if required by law.

Customize

Interpersonal support and human resource development are based on coaching and counseling techniques, career development theory, and NLP, but can be customized to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Face-to-face session is basic

Since we emphasize communication with clients, the initial consultation is based on face-to-face sessions. (However, if the risk of infection with the new coronavirus is high, use a telephone or Zoom .)

One-to-one or one-to-many sessions

Coaching and counseling usually take the form of one-to-one, but there are also one-to-many cases in human resource development.

Online session / e-learning platform

For many tasks such as coaching sessions, human resource development, advisory, etc., we utilize online tools such as Zoom. Utilization of the e-learning platform is also effective for large-scale company-wide education.
